1. Introduction
Welcome to Stefania Zen Yoga. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all services, programs, classes, sessions, and digital or in-person offerings provided by Stefania Zaikina, operating under the name Stefania Zen Yoga ("Service Provider", "we", "us", or "our").
By purchasing, enrolling in, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
2. Services
Stefania Zen Yoga offers yoga instruction, wellness coaching, guided meditation, and related programs delivered in-person, online, or in hybrid formats. The specific scope, format, and schedule of each service will be communicated at the time of enrollment or purchase.
We reserve the right to adjust session formats, timings, or delivery methods with reasonable advance notice, provided the core substance of the service remains unchanged.
3. Purchases and Payments
All purchases are subject to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of checkout. Payment must be completed in full prior to accessing any service, unless a separate written payment arrangement has been agreed upon.
Prices are listed in the applicable currency and may be subject to applicable taxes or fees depending on your jurisdiction.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Refund Eligibility Window
You may request a refund within 14 (fourteen) business days from the date of purchase. For the purposes of this Policy, "business days" are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays — not calendar days.
Any refund request submitted after this 14-business-day period will not be considered, regardless of the circumstances.
4.2 Grounds for Refund
Refunds are granted solely on the following basis:
•The Service Provider has failed to deliver, provide, or commence the service that was purchased.
Refunds will NOT be granted for any of the following reasons:
•Change of mind or personal circumstances after purchase.
•Partial use of the service or voluntary non-attendance.
•Dissatisfaction with results, where the service has been duly provided.
•Scheduling conflicts arising on the Client's side.
•Failure to engage with or complete the program.
4.3 Refund Request Process
To submit a refund request, the Client must:
•Contact Stefania Zaikina directly via email at stefaniazenyoga@gmail.com within the eligible window.
•Provide the original proof of purchase and a clear written justification explaining why the service was not provided.
•Allow up to 10 (ten) business days for the request to be reviewed and a decision to be communicated.
If the refund is approved, the amount will be returned via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any processing times imposed by third-party payment providers.
4.4 Partial Refunds
In cases where a service has been partially delivered (e.g., multi-session packages where some sessions have been provided and others have not), refunds may be issued on a pro-rated basis at the sole discretion of the Service Provider.
5. Health Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Yoga and wellness practices involve physical movement and may carry inherent risks. By participating in any service, you confirm that you are in adequate physical condition to do so, or that you have consulted a qualified medical professional prior to participation.
Stefania Zen Yoga shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our services, provided that all reasonable care and professional standards have been maintained by the Service Provider.
Clients with medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancy are strongly advised to seek medical advice before participating and to disclose relevant conditions to the instructor.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, programs, sequences, and resources created by Stefania Zaikina and shared as part of our services are the exclusive intellectual property of Stefania Zen Yoga. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercialise any such materials without prior written consent.
7. Privacy
We collect and handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Your information is used solely for the purpose of delivering services and communicating with you, and will never be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
8. Amendments to These Terms
Stefania Zen Yoga reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website, and will take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of our services following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Stefania Zen Yoga operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
